This letter confirms on September 12, 2018 the Historic Preservation Commission staff
approved with conditions #CA18-104 for the property addressed 129 South Main Street,
Suite #150, legally described as Block 1, Lot 1, Hazelwood Commercial Building, City of
Grapevine Texas. The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Install a temporary banner during the GrapeFest festival -
Banner to be 2'x 4' in size made of vinyl material, black and white in color;
as per attached photo with the conditions that a permit be obtained from the
Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit Vis)/ is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
