This notice we all received this week has brought some concern to what will go in that area that the
city wants to rezone as single family lots_ I have no problem with singie family lots it is the size of
the lots. some of them aren't big enough to put a pup tint on. The low income housing is fine but
these needs to be a very close screening of the people that move in. My wife and I own the property
at 420 North Main and we have been robbed many times. The police have there hands tied. The last
time was just before Miss MammiPs moved in, that is why we got the dogs. The police couldn't stop
the people from coming on to our property. The low income property only brings more of this kind
of neighbors to our community. At this time I am asking you to write back -to the city and give your
response to the change from multifamily to single family usage. Thank you for your time.
