This letter confirms on August 30, 2018 the Historic Preservation Commission staff approved
with conditions #CA18-103 for the property addressed 629 West College Street, legally
described as Westchester Place Office Condo, Lot D & 24.10% of common area, City of
Grapevine Texas. The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Remove existing composition shingle roof and replace with:
a. New synthetic underlayment; and
b. New GAF Timberline High Definition Shingles in "Weathered Wood" color;
as per the attached specifications and photos with the condition a roof permit be
obtained from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit As / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
