This letter confirms on September 21, 2018 the Historic Preservation Commission staff
approved with conditions #CA18-107 for the property addressed 120 South Main Street,
legally described as Block A, Lot Al, Starr Addition, City of Grapevine Texas. The following
was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Install new aluminum wall sign, 36" high by 96" wide, above the canvas awning,
over the main entrance doors;
as per the attached plans and photos with the conditions the letters be painted on
the metal panel, with no vinyl letters or vinyl graphics used and a permit be
obtained from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permitCis / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
