Dear Homeowner:
Our records indicate that you applied for a fence permit on November 20, 2017
that has now expired. The proposed fence along the Washington Street side is
not allowed in the location presented. A new application would be required if you
wish to proceed with installing a fence on your property.
Failure to begin work within 180 days after permit issuance or allowing 180 days
to pass between inspections will result in an expired permit. Once a permit has
expired, the permit must be renewed and new fees paid.

In reference to above permit, proposed 6'wood fence is shown 15.7'from VVafStreet side property line. It shall be
unlawful to erect the fence over 36 inches in height in the required front yard area (25'from the property line)or the
established front yard area whichever is greater in the depth. Provide revised drawing to comply with this fence
ordinance in two hard copies.
