Install new flame retardant canvas awning on front of building above front door and windows, using Sunbrella fabric in #4631 Burgundy color; 2. Install new projecting sign, 2'-0" high by 1' — 9 1/2" wide, mounted on a projecting bracket, above the canvas awning, over the main entrance doors; 3. Install four gooseneck light fixtures with black painted finish, on the wall above the new canvas awning, as per the attached plans and photos with the conditions the awning graphics on the left side be rotated 90 degrees to match the graphic on the right side; sign letters and graphics are to be painted on the metal panel, with no vinyl letters or vinyl graphics used and a permit be obtained from the Building Department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permit is, / is not required.
