Airport staff has reviewed the application for a conditional use permit to allow an indoor
commercial amusement facility. Such action is compatible with Airport and aviation
activities. We highly recommend that the applicant should be advised of their obligation
under Federal Aviation Regulations to notify the FAA of their intent to construct and to seek
an FAA airspace review for all structures which are to be constructed as well as any
ancillary advertising signs and lighting.
