Airport staff has reviewed the application submitted by Max Cannon for property located at
1713 Crossroads Drive requesting a conditional use permit to amend the previously
approved site plan to allow possession, storage, retail sale, and on -premise consumption
of alcoholic beverages. Such action is compatible with Airport and aviation activities. We
highly recommend that the applicant should be advised of their obligation under Federal
Aviation Regulations to notify the FAA of their intent to construct and to seek an FAA
airspace review for all structures which are to be constructed as well as any ancillary
advertising signs and lighting.
