Airport staff has reviewed the application submitted by Matt Carter for property
located at 2535 Ira E. Woods Avenue requesting rezoning of 4.862 acres from "Ll" Light
Industrial District to "CC" Community Commercial District.
Such action is compatible with Airport and aviation activities. We highly recommend
that the applicant should be advised of their obligation under Federal Aviation Regulations
to notify the FAA of their intent to construct and to seek an FAA airspace review for all
structures which are to be constructed as well as any ancillary advertising signs and
lighting.
