This letter confirms on October 12, 2018 the Historic Preservation Commission staff
approved with conditions #CA18-111 for the property addressed 403 East Worth Street,
legally described as Block 34, Lot 4, City of Grapevine Texas. The following was approved on
this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Roof material for replacement of the existing roof of the Goad House and for
installation on the roof of its new addition:
GAF Timberline High Definition Lifetime Architectural Shingles; color to be
"Charcoal",
as per the attached specification sheet with the conditions a permit be obtained
from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
