records of Tarrant County.
Label over all dimensions of all structures on the site plan. Site plan must match with CA 14-33 site plan. Garage
shall not be connected to primary house at roof Ievel.Correct site plan drawing showing garage not connected to
primary house.Label driveway width. For driveway approaches contact Public Work Department at 817-410-
3136.
In area calculation table, add unconditioned storage area and locked storage area. Correct permit application for
total square foot under roof. Contact Randie Frisinger at fire department at 817-410-8100 for house more than
6000 square feet area.
Provide register engineer sealed and signed foundation plan and soil report.
Provide floor framing,ceiling framing and roof framing plans.Provide beams and headers details on the framing
plan.
Provide doors and windows schedule for all floors.Recreation room at basement shall comply with Section R 303
of IRC 2006 for light and ventilation.
Guardrail/ handrail in screen porch area?
Detach garage requires separate permit application.
Fence and gates is not permitted with this permit.

Below is a comment&response letter concerning the email that you sent on 11 December 2014
to Mr. David Donaldson,Bellissimo Signature Homes pertaining the proposed residence for Mr.
&Mrs.Lynrell Wesley.
COMMENT:
Building permit shall not be approved unless a plat is approved by City Council and recorded in
the office records of Tarrant County.
RESPONSE:
Lyn to work with the Church to obtain a letter of explanation.
COMMENT:
Label over all dimensions of all structures on the site plan. Site plan must match with CA 14-33
site plan.
RESPONSE:
Sheet A-003 has been added to the sheet set. This is an Architectural Site Plan that is
dimensioned. The Architectural Site Plan matches CA14-33.
COMMENT:

Ms. Pancholy,
In your review, there was a question about the discrepancy on the area(sq. ft.) shown on the A-
001 of the most recent set of plans. The Allowable Square Footage portion pertains to the
Zoning items that we worked through with the City of Grapevine to make sure that the home in
compliance. The specific area in question is the First Floor Area. Per the Zoning regulation, this
consists of the First Floor Conditioned Area,the Attached Garage and the Screened Porch. In
the Area Calculations for the Building Code,the Conditioned Area, Attached Garage and
Screened Porch are all list separately as they pertain to different"building areas"—conditioned,
unconditioned and covered. If you were to sum those three from the area calculations, you will
find that they sum to the First Floor Living Area in the Allowable Square Footage tabulation.

Our records indicate that your company has taken out a permit that has expired
and has not been finaled.
Failure to begin work within 180 days after permit issuance or allowing 180 days
to pass between inspections will result in an expired permit. Once a permit has
expired, the permit must be reinstated and new fees paid. Permits which have
expired for more than 30 days are subject to the issuance of citations. No future
permits will be issued until the contractor resolves all expired permits.
Enclosed is a copy of the permit issued to your company which has expired.
Please make arrangements with the property owner for inspection. In order to
reinstate your registration, all expired permits must be reinstated and finaled out.
