This letter confirms on October 19, 2018 the Historic Preservation Commission staff
approved with conditions #CA18-117 for the property addressed 428 Ball Street, legally
described as Block 1, Lot 2, Bannister Addition, City of Grapevine Texas. The following was
approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. On the north end of house, install a new section of cedar wood fence 6' high, with
the top tapering to 4' in height, and the construction details to match those of the
existing fence at the south end of the house,-

2. At the new fence, install metal posts and a 4' high double gate, using hog wire
mounted on a cedar wood frame; gates to extend across the existing concrete
driveway,-
