The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness: 1. On the north end of house, install a new section of cedar wood fence 6' high, with the top tapering to 4' in height, and the construction details to match those of the existing fence at the south end of the house,- 2. ouse; 2. At the new fence, install metal posts and a 4' high double gate, using hog wire mounted on a cedar wood frame; gates to extend across the existing concrete driveway,- as riveway; as per the attached plan with the conditions a permit be obtained from the Building Department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permit fis ;'/ is not required.
