Provide required information in response to following comments in two hard copies 11 x17 size paper.
Comments:
Provide site plan, show and label setback of the patio cover from the property line and from the existing house on the
lot.The patio cover shall be minimum 10' from the house and 5'from left side property line, 5'from rear property line.
Provide building coverage and impervious coverage detail.
Provide engineered drawings for cedar patio cover. Provide foundation detail. Patio cover foundation requirements shall
comply with IRC 2006 Section AH 106.
Label height of patio cover from grade level to mean roof level. Label rafter span and spacing.
