The purpose of our inspection was to ascertain the structural adequacy of the repair plan to secure the home. Based on our review, we find that the foundation repair plans meet the general accepted plans and procedures for the recommended repair. All work to meet or exceed 2009 IRC building codes. I hereby certify that the recommended repair plan and installed foundation repair system is adequate for a Permanent Concrete Slab Home Foundation. Sanchez Foundation Repair has repaired the foundation to this structure with the installation of 12 repair piles and a surface water collection system. The final confirmation was completed on January 28, 2017. The work has been satisfactorily performed. All work meets or exceeds 2009 IRC codes.
