Comments: Foundation permit#15-4520 is approved for 26'x 20' detached garage shows different location of the garage than location of the garage shown on garage and porch permit# 16-1249. Provide site plan showing location of garage as per approved permit and inspections. Setbacks labeled on the site plan are not readable. Show location and setback of porch on the site plan. Provide foundation detail for porch. Posts for the porch shall have footing under each posts if the slab is less than 3.5 inches thick and columns supports live and dead loads in excess of 750 pound load. Clarify where cellar door open. Is there any existing structure attached to existing house?Are you removing existing shed for construction of new garage? Show driveway for proposed garage. Provide impervious and building area coverage detail. Provide construction detail for garage and porch, stud size, spacing, height, type, beam/girder size, span for garage door and porch, roof framing members size, spacing, span, type of wood etc. Clarify any electrical work with this permit, if any provide electrical detail on floor plan.
