Pine Street Grapevine, TX 76051 RE: Expired Building Permits 15-4520 & 16-1249 Dear Homeowner: Our records indicate that you have two building permits that have expired and have not been finaled. You took out a permit for a slab for a detached garage (15-4520) no Final has been done. The building permit to construct the garage (16-1249) has had no inspections. Failure to begin work within 180 days after permit issuance or allowing 180 days to pass between inspections will result in an expired permit. Once a permit has been expired longer than 180 days, the permit must be renewed and new fees paid. Since no work has performed on the garage and the permit has expired, a new permit must be obtained.
