As requested, Eric L. Davis Engineering, Inc. (ELD) evaluated flush beams and ceiling joists in bedroom 3 for
the above-referenced address. The 2-2x8 beam is support the roof ridge and valleys and ceiling joists spanning
from wall and attaching to a 2- 2x 10 flush beam under the wall above. The flush beams are installed per plan.
Opinion:
The flush beams will perform as intended and no remedial repairs need to be made at this time.
