On 11/6/18, a Terracon representative was present at the above referenced project to observe the installation of the drilled straight shaft
piers. Information regarding pier location and size of shaft diameter, depth of penetration, and length and size of the reinforcing steel were
also recorded. Pier locations provided by Manhattan. Pier locations did not match available project documents. Additionally,
samples of the fresh concrete placed for the piers were also sampled and are covered under Terracon Report 95181011.0523. The results
of the pier observations are attached.
