Airport staff has reviewed the proposed request to allow freight
forwarding operations and finds that the use is compatible with airport and
aviation activities.
Given the location of the project, we would highly recommend that the
Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) be given an opportunity to review the
proposed use Also, the applicant should be advised of their obligation
under Federal Aviation Regulation to notify the FAA of their intent to
construct and to seek a FAA airspace review
