The applicant, Mr. G. Phillip Morley of Morley Architects has requested this case be tabled in order to resolve issues relative to the dedication of right-of-way and the extension of Heritage Avenue through the subject site. We would like to point out that the exhibit map for Z02-01 incorrectly denotes the property owners tract extending across the Airports property line. Such is not the case and the exhibit requires revision prior to the "Public Hearing". Also given the location of the project, we would highly recommend that the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) be given an opportunity to review the proposed use.
