This letter confirms on November 20, 2018 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA18-130 for the property addressed 1285 West Wall Street, legally described
as Block: A, Lot: 3R 1 R & 2R, Grapevine, City of, GV to the Grapevine Historic Preservation
Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the
following. -

ollowing:
1. Construct a new cedar fence on the east and west property lines as follows:
224 lineal feet of fence, 6 feet high, using horizontal placement, 1" x 6" boards
mounted on metal posts, boxed in with wood;
2. Construct 93 lineal feet of field wire fence 3 feet high, mounted on cedar posts
along the west property line;
as per the attached plans and photos with the condition a permit is obtained from the
Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit,, isI/ is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 84 !.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
