from Light Industrial to Community Commercial, however, we are very concerned that the

Between the subject property and Heritage Place Addition are the Tarantula railroad tracks; we
are veryconcerned that these tracks may be interpreted as a buffer between the proposed
development and our neighborhood.
Therefore. and to maintain the nature and character of our neighborhood. we request that P&Z
and Council approve the zoning request with the following stipulations:
1) Provide buffering and landscaping as if adjacent to a residentially zoned district
2) Limit the structures to one -floor lever and twenty five feet in height, as if adjacent to a
residential district.
These requested items appear to have been provided In the applicant's original concept Man;
