Discrepancies/Comments:
Any discrepancies found were not corrected prior to completion of this observation.
1. In both areas, the 2#5 bars at the diaphragm chord were not installed.
2. At CJ P10.5/17-18, breaking bar supports at post tension anchors were not installed.
3. Form work along P5 -P10.5/ 17 was not finished being installed. Cable ends along here have not been nailed into place and some
cables are not laid out properly across.
