Our records indicate that you never picked up your permit. Your permit application expired over a year ago. A new application, plans and plan review fees are required. Please resubmit for your project if this project will proceed. Performing work without a permit is a violation of city ordinance, regardless of whether or not an application has been made, and could result in the revocation of your contractor's registration for a period of not less than one year, and up to a $2,000.00 fine. Additionally, failure to obtain your permit within 180 days of application has resulted in the expiration of the permit.
