The request was from the Grapevine Code of Ordinances as follows: Section 7-128, Fences, reverse frontage corner lot requirements prohibits the erection of a fence in the required side yard adjacent to a front yard closer than 15 feet to the side property line. The approved request allows a six (6) foot wood fence to exist within the required 15 foot setback of a reverse frontage corner lot and the extension of a six (6) foot tall solid fence approximately 36 feet along the side property line to enclose a proposed swimming pool. Our records indicate that you never picked up your permit. Your permit application expired over a year ago. A new application, plans and plan review fees are required. Please resubmit for your project if this project will proceed.
