On behalf of Highway 157 Joint 'Venture, we strongly support the
application for conditional use permit filed on behalf of Prank Parra to
amend the previously approved site plan for an automobile dealership, to
enlarge the site, and add a second automobile dealership. We believe
the proposed project by Parra will be first class and when completed,
will be comparable to the new Lexus Dealership on SH 114. In addition,
we also believe the Parra development will stimulate other long overdue
development along the SH121 corridor near its intersection with SH360.

STUDY FOR THE SH 114/121 CORRIDORS. PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING
STUDIES INDICATE AN AREA OF APPROXIMATELY 75' OF THE WEST END
OF THIS PROPERTY WILL BE REQUIRED FOR FUTURE WIDENING OF SH 121
AS DESCRIBED ON THE ATTACHED SKETCH. A LAYOUT DESCRIBING THE
PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS IS AVAILABLE THROUGH OUR OFFICE OR
