This letter confirms on December 14, 2018 the Historic Preservation Commission staff
approved with conditions #CA18-137 for the property addressed 403 East Worth Street,
legally described as Block 34, Lot 4, City of Grapevine Texas. The following was approved on
this Certificate of Appropriateness:
Exterior materials, finishes and paint colors including the following:
a. Wood front door and metal door hardware design;
b. Front door coach light;
c. Existing side door is to be reused from existing house;
d. House number design selection;
e. Side door coach light selection;
f. Thin set veneer brick, in "Pumpkin" color, to be used on the exterior of the
staff approved new chimney on the existing house and for the chimney on the
rear addition;
g. Exterior paint colors: Body of House: Sherwin Williams SW2860 "Sage"
Trim: Sherwin Williams SW2860 "Porcelain";
as per the attached plans and photos with the conditions a permit be obtained from
the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
