This letter confirms on January 30, 2019 the Historic Preservation Commission staff
approved with conditions #CA19-06 for the property addressed 210 West Wall Street,
legally described as Block 12, Lot 1, Starr Addition, City of Grapevine Texas. The following
was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Remove existing asphalt shingle roof;
2. Repair damage roof boards as needed at eaves, and replace roof sheathing in
damaged areas;
3. Install GAF Timberline Lifetime High Definition Roof Shingles in "Charcoal" color;
as per the attached sample with the condition a permit be obtained from the
Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit (is ,/ is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 81 410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
