This letter confirms on January 29, 2019 the Historic Preservation Commission staff
approved with conditions #CA18-92 for the property addressed 321 Turner Road, legally
described as Leonard, Archibald Survey, Tract 946 30001, City of Grapevine Texas. The
following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Repair existing foundation of house to include lifting the house and installing 90
linear feet of pressure treated wood beams; additional 2 x 6 floor joists; and level
the house and replace the existing wood shims with steel shims;
as per the attached plan with the condition a permit be obtained from the Building
Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit Qs./ is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
