The City of Grapevine Parks & Recreation Advisory Board met February 21, 2019 at
6:00 p.m. in the Administration Conference Room at The REC of Grapevine, 1175
Municipal Way, Grapevine, Texas with the following members present, to-wit:

Constituting a quorum with the following members of City staff:

The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m.
A moment of silence was observed.
Approval of Minutes
A motion was made by Mark Assaad and seconded by Dave Buhr to approve the
January 17, 2019 minutes. Motion passed 9-0.
Ayes — Christian Ross, Roy Robertson, Ray Harris, Joe Luccioni, John Dalri, Terry
Musar, Mark Assaad, Morgan Nichols and Dave Buhr

New Business:

A motion was made by John Dalri and seconded by Terry Musar to approve the renewal
Adopt-An-Area agreements. Motion passed 9-0.

meeting at 6:50 p.m. Motion passed 9-0.
