This letter confirms on February 21, 2018 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA19-08 for the property addressed 851 East Worth Street, legally described as
Block 5, Lot 9, D. E. Box Addition, Grapevine, City of, GV to the Grapevine Historic
Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended,
for the following:
Remove existing slate tiles on front concrete sidewalk running from street to front
door and replace with diagonal pattern brick pavers,-
as
avers;
as per the attached photos and details.
An approved CertificAleof Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is /(s not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.41 . 65 for fees and information regarding permits.
