Replace wood panel front door with a wood panel door with nine glass lites over one wood panel; 2. Change existing paint color scheme on the exterior of the house: a. Repaint the body and trim of the house using: Valspar #7006-24 "Ultra White"; b. Paint the new wood front door: Valspar # 4011-7 "Egyptian Blue"; 3. Remove existing roof shingles and replace with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in "Dual Black" color; as per the attached paint colors and photos with the condition a permit is obtained for the new roof. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permitr'is / is not required.
