This letter confirms on February 26, 2018 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA19-11 for the property addressed 530 South Main Street, legally described as
Block 4, Lot 3A, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73
(Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Install 1 18" high by 14'-0" wide metal sign on front of building canopy facing Main
Street;
2. Install 1 18" high by 15-0" wide metal sign on side of building canopy facing West
College Street;
as per the plans and photos with the condition a sign permit is obtained for the building
department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permitjs / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
