Dear Applicant:
On December 5. 2017 a building application to construct a detached porch cover
was submitted to this office for review for the above referenced address. Our
records indicate that this permit application has not been released for
construction. The plans examiner has noted several items that must be
addressed prior to issuance:
• Permit 11-4524 bring existing storage shed up to code, no inspections
ever called in.
• Label distance of porch to vacant lot.
• Label species of wood for porch construction. Label spacing joist, beam
shall comply with International Residential Code 2006 IRC Table 502.5.1
(1) What type of roofing material is being used for porch.
Failure to begin work within 180 days after permit issuance or allowing 180 days
to pass between inspections will result in an expired permit. Once a permit has
expired, the permit must be renewed and new fees paid. Permits which have
expired for more than 30 days are subject to the issuance of citations.
