This letter confirms on March 4, 2018 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA19-14 for the property addressed 312 West Wall Street, legally described as
Block 14, Lot 14A1A, Starr Addition, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation
Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the
following.-

1. Repaint exterior of house in new paint color scheme as follows:
Front Door: Sherwin Williams #SW -0067, "Belvedere Cream`
Body of the House: Sherwin Williams #SW -0077, "Classic French Gray";
Exterior Wood Trim: Sherwin Williams #SW -7005, "Pure White";
as per the attached color samples.
An approved Certificate..of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is /!is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.4TU3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
