Renovation of the existing garage building at the Historic Goad House to include the following items: a. Replace only the rotted wood siding on the building, with all other wood siding on the building to remain in place; b. Relocate the wood access door from the east wall of building to west wall of building; c. Install a new wider two -bay wood garage door on the east wall of the building; d. Remove the double hung window from south wall of building and replace it with two casement windows saved from the original house; install a projecting roof above these pair of windows; e. Add two new wood windows to the north side of building; as per the attached plans and photos with the condition the submittals for the new wood windows, the wood access door and the new wood garage door be approved on a separate Certificate of Appropriateness and a permit be obtained from the building department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permit is is not required.
