In reference to above permit a detached accessory structure must be located in the rear one half(1/2) of the lot, shall
be minimum 5'from the side property lien (5' Utility Easement) and 10'from any other structures on the property.
Please provide revised drawing in compliance to residential accessory building requirements in two hard copies and one
lot drainage plan.
