Town of Flower Mound 2121 Cross Timbers Road Flower Mound,Texas 75028 DRAINAGE EASEMENT STATE OF TEXAS KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OF TARRANT That Mountainprize, Inc., hereinafter called ("Grantor'), for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLAR ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to Grantor in hand paid by the Town of Flower Mound, a Texas municipal corporation ("Grantee"), the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, does hereby give, grant, and convey unto Grantee, subject to the terms and provisions hereinafter stated, a non- exclusive,permanent, and perpetual Drainage Easement and right to construct, reconstruct and perpetually maintain storm drainage and positive overflow facilities (the "Facilities") in, on and under the following described property (the "Permanent Easement Area"): A permanent 1.616 acre Drainage Easement, as more particularly described and depicted in Exhibits "A" and "D", attached hereto and made a part hereof.
