Site plan/survey submitted with above permit application shows the dumpster enclosure on the middle of the road.
Construction for the dumpster enclosure in the right of way shall not be permitted. Provide site plan or survey showing
dumpster enclosure on the property and outside any easement on the property, show concrete pad and drive on it.
Show dumpster enclosure clearance from overhead power line, minimum 18 feet clearance is required from overhead
power line as per NEC 2005 Section 225.18.
Provide required information in three legible copies minimum 11" x 17"size paper.

Thank you for taking into consideration Legacy Contractors to complete the following
Dumpster Enclosure Installation Project. All pricing is inclusive of the required
Material, Labor and Insurance. Legacy Contractors shall complete all work agreed upon
in a Professional Workmanlike manner. All work shall comply with applicable Federal,
State, and Local requirements, and Legacy Contractors shall secure all Licenses and
Permits as may be required by State and Local jurisdiction where the Project is located.
All materials and products shall be new and applied according to the Manufacturers
Specifications.

PROJECT: Installation of a Code Compliant Dumpster Enclosure at 304 Smith
Street Apartments. Scope of Work to include, but is not limited to:
Dumpster Enclosure;
• At existing location of trash dumpster, construct a City of Grapevine Code
Compliant Dumpster Screen.
• Dumpster screen to be 8' in height with 6" cedar pickets set in a horizontal
direction.
• 3" steel posts to be set in 2' of concrete every 5'.
• A 3' opening on the north elevation will be provided to gain access to dumpster,
and space will be made to access Recycling bins.
Two 7' metal swing gate will be installed at the east elevation and covered in the
same cedar pickets as the enclosure.
• A metal bolt will be installed at the bottom of each gate to hold open and closed
via a hole drilled into the concrete.
• Cedar to be stained in a color to be determined.
• A 4' x 18' concrete slab will be poured to a depth of 4" to accommodate the
dumpster and recycling bins.
• A 9' x 12' concrete slab will be poured to a depth of 8" to the dumpster truck.

Exclusions:
Any work not defined in the Scope of Work
Cost associated with unseen issues
Any Costs/Damages that might arise from the City of Grapevine subsequent
ACM or Engineering discoveries or requirements
Any Engineering Documents Costs
Procedures:
• All efforts will be made to protect Owners Property and the Property of
Community Residents and Guests.
• Prior to start, Legacy Contractors shall mark locations to ensure correct
placement.
• Everyday debris shall be cordoned off with Caution Tape until it can be moved to
trash receptacle.
• On Site Management shall be responsible for all communication with the
Residents
Completion:
When Work of the Project is complete, Legacy Contractors shall initiate an initial
inspection of the work performed and make any necessary corrections prior to
notification of Owner/Owner Representatives to provide Punch List. Once Punch List is
complete, Legacy Contractors Project Manager shall walk the Property with
Owner/Owners Representatives for Final Acceptance.
General:
1. A FULL TIME PROJECT MANAGER: A Project Manager from Legacy
Contractors will be assigned to this project. He will oversee all phases of the
project and maintain contact with work crews and On-Site property personnel.
2. CHANGE ORDERS: Should a Change Order be requested or required, the
Change Order Form Shall be executed by Legacy Contractors to show all
materials, labor and equipment necessary to complete the change. All Change
Orders must be approved in writing by the Owner/Owner's Representative prior
to commencement of work.
3. EMERGENCY NUMBERS: Legacy Contractors will provide the Owner/Owner's
Representative with all pertinent information including emergency contact
numbers.
Warranty:
Legacy Contractors warrants all work shall be performed in accordance with
Manufacturers recommendations, and the Warranty Terms shall be One Year on
Labor, and One Year on Materials. Legacy Contractors is not responsible for
issues that arise from failure of coating system that arise from moisture, defective
substrates, substrates found to be delaminating, or rotted substrates due to
irrigation system, or any accidental damages caused by others or Acts of God that
might void any Manufacturer's Warranty.
Payment Schedule:
Contracted amount due upon completion of work
