I understand that a permit may only be issued for parking in the front yard if substantial justification exists to
not locate the boat/RV in the side or rear yard. Boat/RV permitted in the front yard must be on paved surfaces.
No portion of a Boat/RV may be placed on or project into the public Right-of-way. The Right-of-Way is defined
as that area between the street and your property line, and usually includes the parkway, sidewalk and a
portion of the yard beyond the sidewalk. (usually 9-10 feet from the back of the curb). All boats, boat trailers,
RV's must have the appropriate current licenses and or registrations.
The issuance of a City permit in no way supercedes or negates any deed restrictions or covenants in place for
any subdivision.
