This letter confirms on March 15, 2019 the Historic Preservation Staff #CA19-20 for the
property addressed 814 East Wall Street, legally described as Block 2, Lot 2, D. E. Box
Addition, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix
G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Repaint house in new paint color scheme as follows:
a. Body of the House: Sherwin Williams' #0077, "Classic French Gray";
b. Trim of the house: Sherwin Williams' #0050, "Classic Light Buff";
c. Door: Sherwin Williams' #0041, "Dard Hunter Green";
2. Paint the existing wood storage building in the back yard of the property in the same
color scheme as listed above for the house;
as per the attached color samples and photos.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
