We have grave concerns about bright lighting, loud noise from boisterous crowds, restaurant and bar commotion, and especially from speakers, and music. There have been no provisions made for a buffer between properties. Also no provisions for attractive or soundproof screening, walls or fencing. With or without these provisions, all of the above would have negative effects on the quality and we fear value of our property. We already have employees and customers of applicant who cut through our property to park in the Church of Christ parking lot We are daily picking up trash from those walking through and we fear the increase in traffic from this proposal would make this problem even worse.
