Service: Perform Structural Steel Re-inspection as detailed below:
Drawings Utilized: Structural/ Erection Drawings
Locations and Items Inspected: A325 Bolted Connections – Press Box Level 1 Floor Framing – lines E to
F & 0.1 to 11.1 and A to F & 8 to 4
*Discrepancies/ Comments: Alpha Testing arrived on site to perform a visual structural steel re-inspection
at locations and items listed above with results as follows:
1) A325/TCA325 Bolted Connections – Press Box Level 1 Floor Framing – lines E to F & 0.1 to 11.1 and A
to F & 8 to 4
A) Re-inspected item 1(B) from report dated 8/3/18 (ALPHA Report F171917-366) referencing high strength bolted
connections for the floor framing the were not inspected due to lack of access. Contractor provided access to Alpha
Testing on 3/12/19. Inspected bolted connections for the Level 1 Press Box Floor Framing were tensioned to a snug tight
condition. This clears item 1(B) from report dated 8/3/18. Compliant
