Reroof of 312 and 314 South Main Street tenant buildings; remove entire existing roof surface down to the roof deck; 2. Install a new Carlisle .060 TPO single ply roof with 3.5" of insulation; 3. Install a new metal coping and cap the front wall; metal to be painted "Colonial Red" color; as per the attached plans and specifications with the condition and a permit be obtained from the building department. An approved Certiificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permits his not required.
