This letter confirms on March 21, 2019 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA19-22 for the property addressed 321 Turner Road, legally described as
Abstract 946 Tract 30001, Leonard, Archibald F Survey, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine
Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as
amended, for the following:
1. Demolish existing storage shed in rear yard of the House;
2. Repaint House in a new color scheme as follows:
a. Body of House: Kelly Moore #KM5788, "Tranquil Taupe";
b. Trim of House: Kelly Moore #LRV86, "Swiss Coffee";
c. Front door: Leave existing door painted as is: "Bright Blue";
as per the attached photos and color samples with the condition a demolition permit for the
existing storage shed be obtained from the building department and the permit is to be fee
exempt.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
