This letter confirms on March 20, 2019 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA19-23 for the property addressed 318 Turner Road, legally described as
Abstract 946 Tract 30001, Leonard, Archibald F Survey, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine
Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as
amended, for the following:
Repaint House in a new color scheme as follows:
a. Body of House: Kelly Moore #LRV86, "Swiss Coffee";
b. Trim of House: Kelly Moore #KM5788, "Tranquil Taupe";
c. Front door: Kelly Moore #KM307, "Briarwood Green";
as per the attached photos and color samples.
An approved Certificate -of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit isis not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
