This letter confirms on April 15, 2019 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA19-35 for the property addressed 218 West College Street, Block 4, Lot
S165'5, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix
G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Remove existing roof shingles and replace with CertainTeed Roof Shingles in
"Granite Gray" color;
as per the attached photo with the condition a permit be obtained from the Building
Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit /IiV is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 87.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
