The results for moisture injection as an alternative to moisture conditioning as outlined in ECS
Addendum Letter appeared to be within the project specifications.
The average of five vertical swells per boring, as determined by free absorption swell testing
under final overburden pressures were determined to be no more than 0.75% for each boring
and no one test above 1.0%.
Please see the attached boring location diagram, boring logs, and lab summary for details.
