This letter confirms on April 24, 2019 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA19-37 for the property addressed 129 South Main Street, Suite # 160, legally
described as Block 1, Lot 1, Hazlewood Commercial Building, City of Grapevine to the
Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of
Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Install new tenant sign on the exterior of building over the awning of the entrance to
the tenant space;
2. Install window graphics on the inside of the existing window glass and door glass,-
as
lass;as per the attached plans and mockup with the condition a permit is obtained from the
Building Department.
An approved Ce ificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit &/ is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
