This letter confirms on May 16, 2019 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA19-45 for the property addressed 629 East College Street, legally described
as Lot D & 2.4.10% of Common Area, Westchester Place Office Complex, City of Grapevine
to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of
Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Remove existing window on rear of building and replace with 8'-0" wide sliding glass
door to allow for view to back yard
as per the attached specification sheet, plan and photo with the condition a permit is
obtained from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permitis is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 8 .410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
